We manufacture tank and cistern bottoms of the Korbbogen, Klopper, low pressure, flat bottom, conical and elliptical models. Check dimensions appropriate to your work.
We use various materials and alloys: Carbon Steels (S235JR, S275JR, S355 and A516), Stainless Steels (AISI 304, 316L and duplex) in their various finishes, Aluminum (5000 and 7000 series), consult any material. Welding carried out on a bench. Backgrounds can be polished in any finish. Bevelling can be done on interior and exterior bottoms.
We produce boiler bottom figures in accordance with standards: Klopper (DIN 28011 M, UNE 9201), Korbbogen (DIN 28013), ASME, flat profile with round and square edge, conical profile, inverted. Bottom diameters range from 750 to 6000 mm. and initial thicknesses of up to 25 mm. in iron and 15mm. in stainless steel. in stainless steel, although special dimensions can be studied.
Likewise, we carry out all types of welding on a semi-automatic bench, cuts of initial discs and concentric perforations on the different figures of finished backgrounds.
